Corruption of Blood: The End of a Rules-Based World Order

In its foreign policy, the US purports to found actions on a “rules-based order”. What exactly comprises rules-based world order is matter of debate, but it must be founded rules, which have certain properties. These properties arise from both logic rules and are in legal decisions consider exercise executive discretion.
